III. Intelligent Pedestrian-Vehicle Separation Control, Adapted to Local Vietnamese Commuting Characteristics

Based on the local characteristic in Vietnam where employees commonly commute by motorcycle, a dedicated non-motor vehicle passage for the factory area is constructed. It innovatively implements a dual verification linkage mechanism combining license plate recognition barriers and facial recognition.
When employees enter the factory for commuting, the system automatically captures and recognizes the motorcycle license plate to complete vehicle verification. After dismounting, employees undergo a secondary facial comparison verification through the pedestrian passage. This achieves a complete separation of people and vehicles. This model effectively solves problems like traffic congestion and safety hazards caused by traditional mixed pedestrian-vehicle traffic. Simultaneously, the backend automatically retains logs of all vehicle entries and exits, ensuring full traceability and query capability. Unregistered foreign motorcycles are strictly prohibited from entering the factory, fortifying the vehicle safety management line within the factory area.

IV. Park-Wide Intelligent Locker System for Standardized Personal Item Management

Facial recognition intelligent lockers are deployed throughout the park corridors and around the production workshops. The equipment is fully interconnected and synchronized in real-time with the park's unified facial identity database.
Employees can directly use facial recognition to store and retrieve personal items during shift changes, eliminating the need for physical keys or IC cards. The operation is convenient and efficient. By centrally storing personal items like mobile phones and bags, it prevents these items from being brought into the dust-free production workshops from the source, aligning with the stringent workshop item control standards of the electronics manufacturing industry. Furthermore, all item storage and retrieval operations are logged in the cloud. In case of lost items or prohibited items being brought in, the responsible person can be quickly traced, achieving standardized, traceable, and intelligent management of personal items.

V. Multilingual Self-Service Visitor System for Paperless External Personnel Management

A freestanding bilingual self-service visitor kiosk is placed at the park's front desk. It supports free switching between Vietnamese, Chinese, and English, catering to both foreign visitors and local management scenarios. External cooperative clients and subcontractors can independently scan documents and collect facial information, initiate approval requests for the host online with one click. Upon approval, the system automatically issues temporary facial recognition access permissions.
After the visitor leaves, the temporary access permission automatically expires. The entire process requires no manual registration or authorization by security personnel, significantly reducing their workload. Simultaneously, it ensures full traceability and dynamic auditability of external personnel entries and exits, constructing a standardized, paperless, and intelligent visitor management system.

VI. Supporting Digital Subsystems for a Comprehensive Smart Manufacturing Management Ecosystem

(A) Facial Recognition Intelligent Attendance System

Passage data from all pedestrian turnstiles in the park is automatically synchronized to the attendance management backend, precisely adapting to the factory's three-shift, round-the-clock production model. The system can automatically calculate attendance data such as lateness, absenteeism, and overtime for employees. It supports exporting attendance reports categorized by nationality, shift, and position, completely replacing the traditional manual attendance statistics model. This achieves paperless and digital HR attendance operations, improving attendance data accuracy and office efficiency.

(B) Facial Recognition Payment System

Facial recognition payment terminals are fully deployed in the park's canteens and convenience stores. Employees can quickly complete payment for meals and purchases by swiping their faces, with the system automatically deducting their meal allowances. This effectively solves common pain points for foreign employees, such as easily lost physical meal cards, cumbersome reissuance procedures, and inconvenient top-ups. It simplifies the employee consumption process while enabling automatic retention of consumption data for unified financial reconciliation and accounting.

(C) ESOP (Electronic Standard Operating Procedure) System

Touchscreen electronic dashboards are deployed at workstations on each production line. These are loaded with locally adapted Vietnamese-language operating procedures, production process drawings, defective product judgment standards, and other graphical and textual materials, completely replacing traditional paper-based operation documents. The system can synchronize and update the latest production process standards in real-time, eliminating issues like delayed updates, version confusion, and material waste associated with paper documents. Employees can consult standardized operating specifications at any time, unifying work standards and effectively enhancing the standardization level and production quality of the production lines.

VII. Core Value of Project Implementation

(A) Deep Localization Adaptation, Rapid Replication and Promotion

The entire system features multilingual interfaces and is precisely customized and optimized for regional and industry pain points such as motorcycle commuting in Vietnamese factories, management of multi-national employees, and high confidentiality requirements in electronics workshops.
