I. Project Overview
This project is implemented in a large radiator intelligent manufacturing park in Vietnam. It addresses common pain points in overseas manufacturing plants, such as complex management of multinational employees, safety hazards from mixed pedestrian and vehicle traffic, difficulty in zone-based park management, high mobility of external visitors, and strict confidentiality requirements in core production workshops. The system establishes an integrated digital park management system centered on facial recognition technology. The project fully covers seven intelligent subsystems: pedestrian access control and attendance, self-service visitor registration, workshop security checkpoints, employee smart lockers, motorcycle vehicle barriers, facial recognition payment, and comprehensive security surveillance. It comprehensively connects the entire data chain of personnel, vehicles, goods, and external visitors within the plant, achieving full-scenario digital closed-loop management, and successfully completing the intelligent, standardized, and secure upgrade of the overseas precision manufacturing park.

II. Core Scenario 1: Multi-Specification Facial Recognition Gates + Security Checkpoints, Hierarchical Pedestrian Access Control in the Plant
Based on the different control levels of production, office, and warehouse areas within the park, various specifications of facial recognition devices and security inspection equipment are deployed in a differentiated manner, establishing a hierarchical pedestrian access control system that balances traffic efficiency with plant security and confidentiality standards.
(A) Core Production Area: High-End Facial Recognition Swing Gates + Metal Detection Security Checkpoint for Joint Verification
At the entrance of the core production workshop, high-end facial recognition swing gates are customized and deployed, paired with metal detection security gates for joint verification, building the first line of defense for production line safety. Employees must first complete facial recognition identity verification. After passing the access permission check, they must pass through the metal detection security gate. If they carry mobile phones or various metal prohibited items, the device immediately triggers an audible and visual alarm and automatically locks the gate, preventing the person from passing. This fundamentally prevents the unauthorized bringing of electronic devices and prohibited items into the production line, effectively safeguarding the information security of the core radiator production processes, precision parameters, and drawings. At the same time, the gates are equipped with ambient lighting design, matching the overall decoration style of the modern clean workshop. The system supports fine-grained permission division by production line, allowing employees to only pass through the designated passage of their own workshop, preventing irrelevant cross-line movement.
(B) Office/Warehouse/Isolation Areas: Wall-Mounted Facial Recognition Access Control for Zone-Based Management
For key areas such as office buildings, precision material warehouses, and isolation control zones, wall-mounted facial recognition access control terminals are installed. Independent hierarchical access permissions are set to achieve zone-based isolation management for different positions. Strict distinctions are made between the access permissions of management, technical staff, and assembly line workers. Unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from entering core areas such as precision material warehouses and R&D offices. The equipment automatically records facial recognition door-opening logs 24/7, and all personnel entry and exit data is fully retained and traceable at any time, comprehensively enhancing the security control level of the park's non-production areas.

III. Core Scenario 2: One-Stop Self-Service Visitor System, Standardized Overseas Visitor Management
Multiple vertical self-service visitor kiosks are deployed at the park's front desk, adapted to the local Vietnamese usage scenario. They feature a bilingual Vietnamese, Chinese, and English operation interface, making operation simple and convenient. External cooperative clients, outsourced construction workers, and technical personnel can independently complete the entire process, including scanning and identifying documents, collecting facial information, and contacting the host online for confirmation and approval. After approval, the system automatically issues temporary access permissions for the corresponding time period.
The entire process eliminates the need for security personnel to manually register or authorize, significantly reducing the workload of front-desk security staff. All visitor entry and exit records are fully documented, traceable, and auditable. Temporary access permissions automatically expire after visitors leave the plant, completely avoiding security and confidentiality risks caused by the无序 movement of external personnel. This achieves standardized, paperless, and intelligent visitor management in overseas plants.

IV. Core Scenario 3: Dedicated Motorcycle Lane, Localized Pedestrian-Vehicle Separation Control
Closely tailored to the core regional characteristic of Vietnamese employees commuting by motorcycle, the park specifically plans independent non-motor vehicle entry and exit lanes. A dual verification system combining license plate recognition barriers and facial recognition is deployed, establishing a localized commuting control model.
When an employee rides a motorcycle into or out of the plant, the system automatically captures and recognizes the license plate for vehicle verification. After dismounting, the employee passes through a pedestrian passage for a second facial comparison check. Passage is only allowed after both verifications are successful. This model achieves complete separation of pedestrians and vehicles, effectively solving problems such as traffic congestion, scraping accidents, and order chaos caused by mixed pedestrian and vehicle traffic in traditional plants. It comprehensively standardizes the parking and traffic order of motorcycles in the park, highly adapting to the commuting habits of employees in Southeast Asian factories.

V. Core Scenario 4: Park-Wide Smart Lockers, Standardized Management of Employee Personal Belongings
Facial recognition smart lockers are deployed in bulk around the production workshop perimeter and along the corridors of the park's living area. These devices are deeply integrated with the park's unified facial database, with real-time data synchronization.
Employees can directly use facial recognition to store and retrieve mobile phones, backpacks, and personal belongings when arriving or leaving work, eliminating the need for physical keys or IC cards, making operations efficient and convenient. By centrally storing personal items, the system fundamentally prevents mobile phones and metal prohibited items from being brought into precision production workshops, fully complying with the strict workshop item management standards of the radiator manufacturing industry. Additionally, all storage and retrieval operations of the lockers are logged in the cloud. In case of item loss, forgetting, or prohibited storage, the responsible person can be quickly located and traced, achieving standardized, traceable, and intelligent management of employee personal belongings.

VI. Supporting Integrated Digital Subsystems, Building a Complete Park Management Ecosystem
(A) Intelligent Facial Recognition Attendance System
All access data from facial recognition gates and doors in the park is automatically synchronized to the attendance management backend, accurately adapting to the factory's normal three-shift production mode (morning, afternoon, night). The system can automatically calculate full-dimensional attendance data such as lateness, absence, and overtime for employees. It supports filtering by nationality, team, and position, and one-click export of attendance reports. It perfectly adapts to the management scenario of overseas multinational employees, completely replacing the manual attendance statistics mode, achieving paperless and digital HR attendance management, and significantly improving the accuracy and efficiency of attendance management.
(B) Facial Recognition Payment System
The park's cafeteria and convenience stores are fully equipped with facial recognition payment terminals. Employees can quickly complete payment for meals and shopping by scanning their face, with the system automatically and accurately deducting employee meal allowances. This effectively solves common pain points for foreign employees, such as easily losing physical meal cards, cumbersome reissuance procedures, inconvenient top-ups, and damaged cards. It simplifies the employee consumption process while automatically storing and archiving consumption data, facilitating efficient financial reconciliation and accounting, and optimizing the park's logistics and consumption management system.
(C) Comprehensive Security Surveillance System
All security hardware in the park, including cameras, facial recognition access control terminals, vehicle barriers, and security inspection equipment, is integrated and uniformly connected to a unified security management platform, achieving comprehensive dynamic monitoring of the entire park. The system monitors the dynamics of key areas such as the main gate, production workshops, storage areas, motorcycle lanes, and office areas in real time. For abnormal situations like unauthorized intrusion by unknown persons or unregistered vehicles, it automatically triggers pop-up alerts and retains video recordings. It supports remote dispatch and rapid response by security personnel, building a 24/7, all-encompassing intelligent security system for the park.
VII. Core Value of Project Implementation
(A) Deep Localization Adaptation, Solution Can Be Quickly Replicated and Promoted
The entire system features a multilingual interface (Vietnamese, Chinese, English), precisely customized and optimized for regional characteristics and industry pain points such as motorcycle commuting in Vietnamese plants, complex management of multinational employees, and confidentiality control in precision workshops. It offers strong scenario adaptability and stable implementation results. The complete solution can be quickly replicated and promoted to various overseas manufacturing factories in Southeast Asia, possessing high industry reuse value.
(B) Unified Underlying Facial Database, Reducing Operation and Maintenance Management Costs
By establishing a single, unified facial identity database for the park, employees can use facial recognition once for all scenarios across the park, covering access control, attendance tracking, item storage, cafeteria payments, temporary visitor authorization, vehicle management, and all other business scenarios. This completely solves problems like duplicate data entry across multiple systems, data fragmentation, and cumbersome management, significantly reducing the comprehensive costs of system operation and maintenance, personnel registration, and daily management.
(C) Multi-Layered Protection, Strengthening Production Safety and Confidentiality Lines
Through a triple protection system combining workshop facial recognition identity verification + metal detection security checks, centralized storage of personal items in smart lockers, and multi-zone hierarchical access permission isolation, risks such as leakage of core processes, loss of precision materials, and entry of prohibited items are comprehensively prevented. This perfectly meets the strict production safety and information confidentiality control standards of the precision radiator manufacturing industry.
(D) Unmanned and Digital Operation, Significantly Reducing Costs and Improving Efficiency
