I. Project Overview
This project is implemented in a large-scale modern industrial park in Huai'an. Addressing management pain points such as chaotic and disorderly personnel flow, inefficient manual attendance, blind spots in comprehensive security control, and difficulties in tracing abnormal incidents in traditional parks, it focuses on three core needs: personnel entry/exit control, intelligent employee attendance, and comprehensive security supervision. An integrated facial recognition access control and attendance system, along with a digital command and management center, is established. Leveraging a backend computing power capable of handling millions of facial comparisons, the project builds a high-precision, high-stability intelligent identity verification foundation, achieving refined control of pedestrian permissions across all park passages, real-time attendance statistics for personnel entry and exit, and global visual monitoring of park dynamics, comprehensively promoting the digital and intelligent upgrade of the park's management model.

II. Multi-Scenario Facial Recognition Gate Passage System, Full Coverage of Park Pedestrian Passages
Considering the characteristics of scattered park entrances and diverse commuting scenarios, standardized facial recognition swing gate equipment is deployed at key points such as the main park entrance, the dormitory skybridge corridor, the side gate of the living area, and dedicated employee commuting passages. Differentiated adaptation is made according to various traffic flows and control standards, providing comprehensive coverage for all scenarios including park commuting, personnel entry/exit, and visitor passage, establishing a full-coverage, blind-spot-free facial recognition passage control network.
(I) Scenario Adaptation Highlights
1. Main Park Entrance Commuting Passage
Multi-lane parallel facial recognition gate groups are deployed at the main park entrance, equipped with extended rainproof and sunshade canopies, fully adapting to outdoor open-air working environments. The outdoor facial recognition terminals have industrial-grade waterproof and sun-proof properties, ensuring stable operation around the clock. The multi-lane parallel design allows multiple employees to pass through simultaneously by facial recognition, effectively diverting dense traffic during peak morning and evening hours, completely solving congestion and lag issues in large parks, ensuring efficient and orderly commuting.
2. Dormitory Skybridge Connecting Passage
Facial recognition gates are deployed along the entire skybridge connecting the factory area and the dormitory area, enabling permission isolation and zonal control between the production area and the living area. Only registered internal park employees can pass through via facial recognition, strictly preventing unauthorized outsiders from freely entering the living area or sneaking into the production area, thus strengthening the security defense line of the living area. Simultaneously, waiting footprint guidance markings are standardized on the ground of the passage, guiding employees to queue orderly one person per gate, standardizing the commuting order within the park.
3. Park Side Gate / Living Area Small Gate
Lightweight small gate groups are deployed at low-traffic entrances and exits such as the park side gate and the living area small gate, precisely adapting to scenarios with a small number of daily employee passages and visitor entry/exit. The passages are paired with dedicated security personnel in guard booths, forming a dual security mechanism of 'intelligent facial recognition verification + manual on-site review', balancing passage convenience with the rigor of entrance security control.
(II) Core System Functions
1. Million-Level Facial Comparison Backend, Second-Level Seamless Passage
The system is equipped with a backend capable of millions of facial comparisons, storing the complete facial archive data of all park employees and registered visitors locally. Without the latency of cloud transmission, employees and visitors can achieve second-level recognition response upon facial scanning, ensuring smooth, lag-free passage, perfectly suited for high-frequency, high-traffic commuting scenarios in industrial parks.
2. Hierarchical and Time-Based Permission Control, Refined Zonal Management
A refined personnel permission system is established on the backend, precisely distinguishing the passage permissions of regular employees, outsourced personnel, external visitors, and park management staff. Passage routes and time periods can be flexibly configured according to positions, teams, and management needs, fundamentally preventing unauthorized personnel from crossing zones and moving disorderly.
3. Gate Passage Linked with Intelligent Attendance, Paperless Efficient Office Work
Entry and exit data from all facial recognition gates in the park are automatically synchronized to the attendance management backend, completely replacing traditional time clocks and manual sign-in methods. Employees can automatically clock in and out when entering or leaving the park. The system can intelligently calculate attendance data for all employees, generate and export standardized attendance reports with one click, effectively avoiding proxy clocking issues and significantly reducing manual HR statistical costs.
4. Full-Process Data Stored in the Cloud, Abnormalities Traceable and Auditable
All dimensional data, including the time of facial recognition passage, entry/exit gate used, captured facial images, and personnel identity information, are permanently archived in the cloud, leaving a complete trace for query at any time. For issues such as abnormal personnel entry/exit, unauthorized passage, or intrusion by strangers, one-click search and traceability are possible, meeting the core needs of park security verification, incident tracing, and compliance management.

III. Park Digital Command and Management Center, Global Visual Intelligent Supervision
The project includes the construction of an intelligent digital command and management center for the park. Relying on a large-screen digital management platform, it fully integrates data from all facial recognition gates and terminal devices across the park, achieving centralized management of personnel dynamics, device status, and passage data on a single dashboard. This builds the intelligent management brain of the park, driving the park's security management from passive response to proactive prediction and visual control.
Core Value of the Command Center Platform
1. Real-Time Pedestrian Flow Dynamic Monitoring
The management large screen refreshes in real time the number of people passing through each gate lane and the crowd density, automatically counting the number of employees on duty and off duty, as well as the total number of people currently present in the factory area. Managers can intuitively grasp the dynamics of personnel across the entire park, providing real-time data support for production scheduling, security duty arrangements, and personnel control.
2. Intelligent Alarm for Abnormal Behavior
The system possesses intelligent risk identification capabilities. For abnormal behaviors such as strangers forcing gates, tailgating, blacklisted individuals attempting facial recognition, and unauthorized passage, it immediately triggers pop-up alarms on the platform and simultaneously pushes warning information to security duty terminals, assisting security personnel in quick response and timely handling, proactively avoiding park security risks.
3. Big Data Visual Analysis Empowering Management
The platform automatically aggregates and archives all passage data, intelligently generating daily pedestrian flow reports, employee attendance anomaly statistics, and detailed visitor entry/exit logs. This provides precise data support for park administrative assessment, security review, personnel deployment, and park operation optimization, driving the transformation of park management from experience-based to data-driven and refined.
4. Remote Unified Operation and Maintenance Control of Devices
The backend monitors the online status and operating conditions of all facial recognition gates and terminals across the park 24/7. It automatically issues online alerts for issues such as device failures, offline anomalies, and recognition lag, eliminating the need for manual point-to-point inspections, significantly reducing equipment maintenance and manual inspection costs, ensuring the stable operation of the system around the clock.

IV. Project Implementation Results
(I) Improved Personnel Management Efficiency and Quality, Abandoning Traditional Inefficient Models
Completely abandoning inefficient models like traditional card swiping and paper-based clocking, and leveraging the unique identity verification feature of facial recognition, the project fundamentally eliminates issues like proxy clocking, personnel substitution, and infiltration by outsiders. Attendance data is fully automatically calculated, and logs are automatically generated, greatly reducing the workload of HR and security personnel, significantly enhancing the standardization and efficiency of park personnel management.
(II) Multi-Layered Protection Stacked, Comprehensively Upgrading Park Security Level
Through multiple protection mechanisms including precise facial verification at all passages, hierarchical permission isolation, physical zonal control between the factory and living areas, and dual human-machine verification, the project achieves comprehensive three-dimensional security protection for the entire park.
