I. Project Overview
This project is implemented in a modern comprehensive industrial park in Chengdu. The park covers a large area, has numerous entry and exit points, and a large base of on-site personnel. Daily commuting crowds are dense, and the personnel composition is complex, including regular employees, outsourced personnel, external visitors, logistics staff, and other groups. Traditional manual control modes have many management pain points, such as proxy card punching, disorderly personnel flow, contraband entering the factory, weak confidentiality in core production lines, and peak-hour congestion. This project focuses on the park's comprehensive security control and digital upgrade needs. It deploys face recognition turnstile devices on all channels at the park's four main entrances and exits (North Gate, South Gate 1, South Gate 2, West Gate). Simultaneously, it establishes an integrated linkage system of face recognition turnstiles and metal detection security gates at the entrances of various production workshops. Relying on a unified park-wide face recognition management platform, it achieves graded authority control for the park gates, living areas, and production workshops, full traceability of personnel entry and exit, and an integrated closed-loop management of workshop safety and security. This comprehensively addresses the shortcomings of pedestrian security control in large manufacturing parks and completes the intelligent and standardized overall upgrade of the park.

II. Four Main Gates of the Park: Multi-channel Face Recognition Access System, Adapting to Tens of Thousands of Commuters during Tidal Traffic
Targeting the high-traffic commuting scenarios at the park's four main outdoor entrances, the project deploys multiple groups of high-end face recognition swing gates in batches. Exclusive face recognition passage channels are standardized. The number of passage channels can be flexibly adjusted according to peak morning and evening tidal人流, balancing extreme traffic efficiency with stringent security control, and adapting to Chengdu's rainy and sunny outdoor climate.
(I) High-Volume Parallel Traffic, Eliminating Commuting Congestion
The four main gates of the park are equipped with a total of over ten independent face recognition channels. Clear normative guidance signs marked 'Face Recognition Channel, One Person One Gate, Please Do Not Follow' are posted on-site. This supports parallel face scanning and second-level passage for thousands of people during the morning peak, quickly diverting dense crowds and thoroughly solving the congestion problem during peak hours in a park with tens of thousands of people. All outdoor turnstile terminals are equipped with waterproof and sunproof industrial-grade configurations, possessing strong weather resistance, ensuring long-term stable adaptation to Chengdu's complex outdoor weather conditions, with low equipment failure rates and convenient maintenance.
(II) Refined Graded Authority, Zoned Isolation Control
A refined personnel authority system is built on the platform backend, accurately distinguishing the access scope and time periods for regular employees, outsourced personnel, external visitors, and logistics service staff in the factory area. This restricts unauthorized external personnel from freely entering core production areas at the source. All visitors must make an online reservation in advance and obtain authorization through front desk registration before they can pass through the corresponding gate channels, achieving standardized control of personnel by category, zone, and time.
(III) Access Data Linked with Attendance, Enabling Paperless Office
Face recognition access data of employees in the park is automatically synchronized to the attendance management backend, completely replacing traditional punch clocks and eliminating the need for manual registration. The system can automatically calculate attendance data for all employees, including clock-in/out times, lateness, early departures, and absences. It supports one-click generation and export of standardized attendance reports, significantly reducing the manual workload for HR and improving the accuracy of attendance data and office efficiency.
(IV) Full-Process Data Retention, Traceable Anomalies
All dimensional data for each face recognition passage, including captured images, passage time, entry/exit channel, and personnel identity, is archived in the cloud in real-time and retained permanently. For abnormal personnel entry/exit, unauthorized passage, and other situations, one-click search and precise traceability are possible, fully meeting the management requirements for security traceability and compliance verification in large industrial parks.

III. Workshop-Specific Security Check Channels: Face Recognition Turnstile + Security Gate Linkage, Building a Red Line for Production Safety
Production workshops, as the core control areas of the park, strictly prohibit items such as mobile phones, metal contraband, and USB drives from entering the factory. The project adopts an integrated linkage solution of face recognition turnstiles and metal detection security gates, implementing a dual-access mechanism of 'Face Identity Verification + Metal Security Detection'. Only after passing both verifications can personnel enter the workshop. This prevents risks such as contraband being brought in, unauthorized personnel mixing in, and process leakage at the source, comprehensively building a solid defense line for production safety and confidentiality.
(I) Face Recognition Pre-Access, Eliminating Proxy Swiping and Infiltration
Employees must first complete real-time face comparison. Only after successful identity verification and permission matching will the turnstile open for passage. This thoroughly eliminates violations such as proxy clocking-in and unauthorized personnel tailgating into the workshop. Unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the production area, firmly guarding the workshop personnel access point.
(II) Security Check Linkage Interception, Strictly Controlling Contraband Entry
After passing face verification, personnel must pass through a metal detection security gate to complete the safety check. If contraband items such as mobile phones, metal controlled items, USB drives, or smart bands are detected, the device immediately triggers an audible and visual alarm, simultaneously locking the turnstile to prevent passage. Entry is only permitted after the contraband items are handled on-site, achieving zero-contraband entry control.
(III) Human-Machine Dual Verification, Implementing Factory Regulations
The workshop security check channels are equipped with standardized management warning signs, clearly defining the control regulations for workshop contraband. Dedicated security guard posts are set up simultaneously, forming a dual security mechanism of 'Smart Device Verification + Manual On-Site Review'. This strictly implements the factory's production safety management regulations and eliminates control loopholes.
(IV) Workshop-Specific Authority Isolation, Safeguarding Production Confidentiality
The system supports fine-grained division of access permissions by workshop and production line. Employees can only face-scan to enter their assigned workshop channels. Access to other workshops requires prior application for temporary authorization from management. This effectively prevents employees from randomly moving between workshops and unauthorized personnel from entering core production lines, comprehensively ensuring the security and confidentiality of production processes, material data, and core documents.

IV. Full-Scenario Point Coverage, Building a Park-Wide Seamless Control Network
Based on the core control scenarios of gates and workshops, the project simultaneously completes the intelligent upgrade of all points in the park's living areas, small side gates, logistics channels, etc., achieving complete, gap-free pedestrian control coverage and creating a unified smart access system for the entire park.
The pedestrian passage channels in the park's living area are specially equipped with rainproof and sunshade canopies to optimize the outdoor commuting experience for employees, adapting to the local climate characteristics and ensuring comfortable and safe passage in all weather conditions. Lightweight deployments of 4-6 channel turnstile units are installed at the park's small side gates, precisely matching the daily low-volume entry/exit needs of personnel and visitors, balancing control precision and passage efficiency. Standardized face recognition terminal equipment is used throughout the entire park. All devices at gates, workshops, living areas, and logistics channels are uniformly connected to one management platform, enabling centralized control, remote maintenance, and one-click permission distribution, significantly reducing later-stage operation and maintenance costs.

V. Project Implementation Value and Results
(I) Extremely Improved Commuting Efficiency, Eliminating Congestion Chaos
Relying on multi-channel parallel face scanning and second-level recognition technology, it completely replaces traditional card swiping and badge verification modes. Commuting during peak hours in a park with tens of thousands of people becomes orderly, traffic efficiency is greatly improved, and the fundamental problems of crowding and slow passage during rush hours are solved.
(II) Dual Protection Upgrade, Building a Solid Production Safety Barrier
Through multiple mechanisms including workshop face identity verification linked with metal security checks, park-wide permission isolation, and intelligent contraband interception, the flow of mobile phones and various contraband items into production workshops is precisely controlled. This effectively reduces risks such as material loss in production lines, leakage of production data, and unauthorized operations, comprehensively enhancing the factory's production safety and confidentiality levels.
(III) Park-Wide Data in the Cloud, Achieving Management Digitalization
All data from the park's face recognition passages, attendance statistics, visitor records, and security check logs are centrally aggregated in the cloud. Standardized ledgers are automatically generated. This fully realizes paperless and online office work for HR attendance, security patrols, and visitor management, breaking free from the inefficient modes of manual statistics and paper registration.
(IV) Unified Control of Multiple Points, Significant Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement
Achieving integrated centralized control of the park's four main gates, dozens of production workshop entrances, living areas, and logistics channels. Equipment can be maintained remotely, and permissions can be distributed in batches with one click. This significantly reduces investment in security, HR, and manual management, effectively lowering the park's operational labor costs.
(V) Standardized Mature Solution, Easily Replicable and Promotable
The mature designs adopted by the project, such as outdoor waterproof and weather-resistant turnstiles, workshop face recognition and security check linkage, high-traffic multi-channel分流, and graded permission control, are highly suitable for various industrial parks, including electronics, high-end equipment, and precision machining. The solution is standardized and highly implementable, allowing for rapid replication and application in similar intelligent upgrade projects for large domestic manufacturing parks.
